Leadership Development Academy

Our Leadership Development Academy exists for men and women who sense a call to serve but need solid, structured preparation. We have seen what happens when people step into ministry without training or accountability, and we are committed to doing it differently - for the honor of God and the health of His people. Drawing from years of service in military, law enforcement, and church leadership, we teach both the spiritual and practical sides of ministry. On the spiritual side, we cover prayer, the character of a leader, handling Scripture faithfully, and listening to the Holy Spirit. On the practical side, we deal with topics like ecclesiastical order, working under authority, conflict resolution, preaching and teaching basics, and caring for people without burning out. The Academy blends classroom-style lessons, real ministry assignments, and one-on-one mentoring. You will not only hear about integrity; you will be challenged to live it when no one is watching. You will not only study leadership; you will be given opportunities to serve in ways that stretch you, with guidance and feedback. This is not reserved for those seeking a pulpit. It is for anyone who feels drawn to serve - whether in helps, music, administration, outreach, or pastoral work. Our goal is to see leaders raised up who are biblically grounded, spiritually healthy, and practically equipped to strengthen the Church and reach the lost, wherever God chooses to send them.
